A simple step-by-step manual for managing your online store
1. Open your browser and go to your storeβs admin link (example: yourstore.com/admin).
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click Login.
- The Dashboard shows an overview of your store: Total Orders, Total Customers, Sales Analytics.
- The left-hand Menu helps you navigate to Products, Orders, Customers, Reports, and more.
1. Go to Catalog β Products.
2. Click Add New (+) in the top right.
3. Fill in the product details (Name, Description, Meta Title, Data Tab, Links Tab, Image Tab).
4. Click Save when finished.

2. Find the product in the list.

3. Click Install/Uninstall or Edit to configure.
- Under Extensions β Extensions, choose Payments to set up payment gateways (PayPal, Bank Transfer).
- Choose Shipping to configure delivery methods (Flat Rate, Free Shipping, etc.).
1. Go to Reports β Sales.
2. View sales based on day, week, or month.
- See how many customers registered, active, or have reward points.
- See which products are viewed or purchased the most.
- Always Save after making changes.
- Use clear product names and good-quality images.
- Keep user permissions limited for security.
- Check order statuses daily to keep customers updated.
- Back up your store regularly.
