The Admin Buttons extension for Sales360 allows an administrator to quickly create custom links to internal pages (using their route) directly in the main Sales360 administration menu. These links appear as top-level menu items.
Before you can use the custom buttons, you must access and configure the extension.
Log in to your Sales360 Administration panel.
Navigate to Extensions $\rightarrow$ Extensions.
From the Choose the extension type filter, select Modules.
Locate the Admin Buttons module in the list.
Click the Edit ($\text{\color{blue}pencil}$) button next to the Admin Buttons module.
The configuration page is where you manage the status of the module and the list of custom buttons.
The module must be Enabled for the custom buttons to appear in the menu.
Find the Status setting at the top of the configuration page.
Toggle the switch to the 'On' position (checked) to Enable the module.
Toggle the switch to the 'Off' position (unchecked) to Disable the module (hiding all custom buttons).
A custom button requires a Button Name and a valid Sales360 Route.
Click the Add Button button ($\text{\color{gray}Add Button}$) at the bottom of the button list. A new row will appear.
In the first text field (placeholder Button Name), enter the display name for your custom link (e.g., "My Custom Report" or "Clear Cache"). This is what will appear in the admin menu.
In the second text field (placeholder Route), enter the internal Sales360 route for the page you want to link to (e.g., tool/backup or extension/module/featured).
Tip: The route is the path used by Sales360's URL structure, typically found after index.php?route= in the URL bar, without the user_token parameter.
To Change a Button: Simply edit the text in the Button Name or Route fields for the desired row.
To Remove a Button: Click the trash icon ($\text{\color{red}trash}$) button next to the button row you wish to remove.
After making any changes to the status or the list of buttons, click the Save ($\text{\color{blue}floppy disk}$) button in the top-right corner of the page.
A success message will confirm your changes have been saved.
Once the module is Enabled and you have saved your button list:
The new custom menu items will immediately appear in the left-hand administrator menu, usually near the bottom, before the standard Sales360 menu items.
Each custom link will use a default magic wand icon ($\text{\color{gray}magic}$), and clicking it will take you to the specified Route.
